So another year another choose your theme swap.  My partner choose Dr Who from the three themes I selected. 

Birthday swap

So a few days before my birthday a swap package arrived....  So hard to wait to open it. 

I got sock blockers!  And a tardis key chain and Dr who trivia sheets and salt water taffy and so much more. . It was an amazing box of goodies.

Projects

It's been a while since I've posted, and busy I have been. Normally I'd be posting about knitting swaps, but as funds are tight right now I am not doing them. Instead, I'm doing the 15 projects in 2015 challenge that the swap group is doing. The goal is to finish 15 projects over the year. So far I have done 3. I chose to finish 15 projects that were currently unfinished. Yes, I really had that many. Likely more if I kept looking. First was a baby blanket with no pattern that I started on a whim. Started in May of 2010, finished January 2015.

Second a scarf. Started October 2011. Finished January 2015.

Third, socks (for me). Started March 2013, finished February 2015.

Next, more socks. They were started in February 2009. This is what I'm currently working on.

Hopefully I can stay on track and get 15 done. Last few are going to be challenging, including a spring crochet jacket. My crochet skills are very beginner.

Under the tree swap

I just got my parcel from the under the tree swap. . Which was really fantastic to get right after a trip to the dentist.

I recognized the feom on the package right off.  I recently got to do a fantastic birthday package for her. . I knew right off I was going to get a fabulous package. . And so far I haven't been disappointed!

And the last bits that I opened later.... 

Santa tray and gift tags...  Leaving the hand made. . A we default set of fingerless mitts and a cowel.

Birthday swap 2014

On Ravel's the Ewe La La swap group did a birthday swap. . My package arrive a few days ago i
And it's been a challenge to not open it.  So my birthday is tomorrow and I couldn't wait.

I received a fantastic Package.

First there were project bags.  With owl patterns.  Then 2 fold up re usable bags.  A really cute tape measure that looks like Bob (the revelry site mascot).  Some hand cream in lemon and vetiver.
